Cancellation/ Change Policy
We should be able to change or
cancel the order before it is shipped out. Reach us via email at
Steveaaron92@gmail.com for any change/ cancellation requests. Once the item is
shipped, it will be considered a return request.
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts up to
15 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer returns/refunds for any orders outside the US. All international sales will be final.
Samples and sample sets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will supply you with a return shipping label, and return shipping costs + 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If the seal is opened or if the product is used, there will be a minimum of 20% restocking fee (This could increase depending on the level of usage).
Your return shipment will be inspected, and we will process the refund to your original method of payment or store credit. Please allow us two days to process the refund once we receive the product back.
Shipping Insurance Policy
At Steve’s Scents we strive to ensure every order reaches you safely and on time. Shipping insurance is available for purchase with your order to protect against loss, damage, or delivery issues.
